Capital City Moving and Storage (Capital City) and its insurance carrier, Claim Indemnity Services, appeal from the decision of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) awarding permanent total disability compensation to James Nelson. The Board based its compensation award on both work-related injuries and Nelson's preexisting mental condition.
