Bellevue Square Managers, Inc. (BSM), brought an unlawful detainer action against tenant GRS Clothing, Inc. (GRS). Kolonaki Properties, Inc. (KPI), intervened, claiming that GRS assigned the lease to them and no longer occupied the premises. BSM then brought an unlawful detainer action against KPI.
