Allstate Insurance seeks reversal of the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the insureds, Michael and Elizabeth White, finding coverage under the Whites' condominium owners policy. We reverse the trial court's decision because the applicable loss under the policy occurred prior to the beginning date of the policy.
