Following a jury trial, plaintiff-appellant Nobuo Miyamoto (Nobuo) appeals from the March 5, 2001 final judgment of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, the Honorable Joseph E. Cardoza presiding, in favor of defendants-appellees Kenneth W. Lum, Sr. and Alejandro Lazo, D.C. (Dr. Lazo) (collectively, the defendants) in this negligence action.
