PER CURIAM.

In an earlier opinion in this cause, we found limitations barred the promissory note suit of Sixth RMA Partners, L.P. ("Sixth RMA") against Thomas J. Sibley. See Sibley v. Sixth RMA Partners, L.P., 105 S.W.3d 1, 7 (Tex.App.-Beaumont 2001, pet. granted). On appeal, the Texas Supreme Court reversed our judgment and remanded the cause to us for consideration of Sibley's remaining issues...
