{¶ 1} Joshua A. Scheer appeals his sentence to the maximum, consecutive term of 12 months' imprisonment for each of two counts of passing bad checks. First, Scheer argues that the trial court erred in finding that he is not amenable to community-control sanctions and that a prison term is appropriate.
