Motorists Mutual Insurance Company has appealed from an order entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court on January 16, 2003, which granted Grange Mutual Casualty Company's motion for summary judgment. Having concluded that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that Grange is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law, we affirm, although we do so for different reasons.
