The genesis of this first-party benefits action is a motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 8, 2003. The plaintiff's assignor, Augusto Espinoza, was involved in this vehicular accident and as a result of his alleged injuries, sought medical treatment from Dr. Lev. Thereafter, Dr. Lev referred Mr. Espinoza to plaintiff, Dr. Hellander, for diagnostic testing...
