This appeal comes to us on remand from our supreme court. Bobbie and Rick Gohde appealed a summary judgment granted in favor of MSI Insurance Company. The circuit court determined the reducing clause in the Gohdes' underinsured motorist (UIM) policy, issued by MSI, was unambiguous. We summarily affirmed. Gohde v. MSI Ins. Co., No. 01-2121, unpublished slip op. (WI App March 26, 2002) (Gohde I).
