Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the Supreme Court's Sandoval ruling (see People v Sandoval, 34 N.Y.2d 371 [1974]), which permitted the prosecutor to inquire, inter alia, about the defendant's use of two aliases upon his arrest, was not reversible error.
