Beth Locascio ("Locascio") sued Imports Unlimited, Inc. ("IUI") alleging that IUI's sale to her of a Jeep Cherokee violated the federal Motor Vehicle and Cost Saving Act ("the Odometer Act") and the Connecticut State Unfair Trade Practices Act ("CUTPA").
