Opinion

WEST, J.

The defendant, Eddie Lewis, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to the court, of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4) and threatening in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-62. On appeal, he claims that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
