This case arises from the destruction by fire of Sun Valley Potato Growers, Inc.'s (Sun Valley) potato warehouse. Sun Valley appeals from the district court's ruling in favor of Texas Refinery Corporation (Texas Refinery). Sun Valley argues the district court committed reversible error by giving certain jury instructions.
