Appellant, Roof Systems, Inc., sued Gilbane Building Company for breach of a roofing contract. Roof Systems also sued Johns Manville Corporation ("JMC") for tortious interference with the contract, negligent misrepresentation, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Gilbane and JMC on all Roof Systems's claims, and this appeal followed. We affirm, in part, and...
