OPINION

BRAMMER, J.

¶ 1 Interrupted while stealing the victim's pickup truck, petitioner Kostia Ivan Resendis-Felix and an accomplice assaulted the victim, injuring him severely. Resendis-Felix was charged with attempted first-degree murder and five other class three and class four felonies. He agreed to plead guilty to aggravated robbery, a class three, dangerous-nature felony. At sentencing, the trial court found several aggravating factors...
