[¶ 1] Harold Robert Whitney, Jr. (the appellant) appeals his convictions for aggravated homicide by vehicle, a felony, in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-106(b)(i) (LexisNexis 2003), and several misdemeanors.
