These actions arise from initial efforts made by Holocaust victims to obtain money judgments from German corporations ("German Industry") for their complicity in exploiting plaintiffs as slave laborers1 during World War II. What remains here is a burgeoning dispute over certain terms to an agreement principally between counsel for Nazi-era victims, the German Government and German Industry...
