In each of these causes, appellant Willis Martin was placed on deferred adjudication community supervision after pleading guilty to theft, later adjudicated guilty, and sentenced to two years in state jail. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 31.03(a), (e)(4)(A) (West Supp.2004). The court ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.
