O'Connor & Associates, LLC (O'Connor) appeals a trial court's finding that NW, LLC (NW) did not breach its agreement to sell O'Connor real property it owned in Tacoma. An addendum to the purchase agreement stated that the offer to sell was subject to NW securing final plat approval from the City of Tacoma.
