Appellant was charged with felony possession of child pornography. After the trial court denied, in whole or in part, three pretrial motions, appellant pleaded guilty pursuant to a plea agreement with the State. The trial court found appellant guilty, assessed punishment at seven years' confinement, and granted appellant the right to appeal the denial of the motions.
