William "Bill" Barry, d/b/a/ Quality Interiors (Quality), sued Pacific West Construction, Inc. (Pac-West) for payment for construction services rendered by Quality to Pac-West. Following trial the district court entered a judgment in favor of Quality for $52,410.97, plus accrued interest, costs and attorney fees. Pac-West appeals.
