The appellees are Eula Hale, Janice Richards, Connie Alford, Geneva Healey, and Alicia Meriweather. The appellees are Carl E. Alford's sisters. Carl E. Alford died on January 5, 1989, and was buried at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas.
