OPINION

BUCKINGHAM, Judge.

Dwayne Adkins petitions for our review of an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board affirming in part, reversing in part, and remanding an opinion and award by an administrative law judge (ALJ). This case involves the applicability of the 3 multiplier provision in KRS1 342.730(1)(c)1. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
