CIGNA Healthcare of Texas, Inc. appeals the trial court's judgment entered on the jury's verdict in favor of Dorothy Pybas and Shari L. Denton awarding $3,050,000 in actual damages and ten million dollars in exemplary damages. Appellant brings ten issues, including assertions that the trial court erred by not dismissing the cause for failure to file a timely, proper expert report; the evidence is legally and factually insufficient...
