Plaintiff John D. Krider appeals the district court's summary judgment in favor of the defendant Board of Trustees of Coffeyville Community College (Board), contending the Board's violation of the Kansas Open Meetings Act, K.S.A. 75-4317 et seq., voided a notice of nonrenewal of his teaching contract.
