[¶ 1] Craig Johnson was a beneficiary under a trust created by his father. First Estate Management Corp. (FEMCO) was the trustee. FEMCO hired Jack Sikorski to operate the trust businesses. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Sikorski had difficulties, resulting in an altercation for which Mr. Johnson was convicted of breach of the peace.
