Opinion by Justice HINOJOSA.

Appellant, Arthur Meru, sued appellees, Albert Huerta, Steve Hastings, Doug Allison, and Guy Allison, for breach of contract and misrepresentation. Appellees filed a motion for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the motion without specifying the ground or grounds relied on for its ruling. In four issues, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting the motion. We affirm in part and reverse and remand...
