This case involves a dispute between the owners of adjoining property as to the meaning of a document executed and filed in 1983 entitled "Easement."2 In two issues, Robert M. Nicol appeals an adverse judgment in favor of Antoinette Gonzales in her suit to enforce her rights under a document titled "Easement."
