Cynthia P. Goldston, as personal representative to the estate of Neil Bryan Goldston, Sr., appeals the special referee's ruling in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in this declaratory judgment action concerning State Farm's obligation to pay underinsured motorist coverage benefits. We affirm, as modified.
