Defendant-Appellant Dieter Thate (Father) appeals from the Judgment of Conviction and Sentence, filed on June 20, 2003 in the Family Court of the First Circuit, the Honorable William J. Nagle, III presiding. The judgment convicted Father of one count of Harassment1 as prohibited by Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 711-1106(1)(a) (Supp.2003).2
