Opinion by Justice WHITTINGTON.

Tod Hagen appeals the trial court's judgment in his favor against Danny Jameson. Hagen sued Jameson for injuries he received on June 14, 1999, after the Dodge pickup truck Jameson was driving rear-ended another vehicle which, in turn, hit the car Hagen was driving.
