Mark Webb sued psychologist Kimberly Chupurdia for negligently implanting and developing false memories of sexual abuse in his son. The trial court granted summary judgment dismissal on timeliness and legal duty issues. We hold the suit was not barred by the statute of limitations because material facts remain in issue regarding discovery of the alleged harm.
