The State of Texas appeals from the trial court's order granting the motion to suppress of Meredith Carol Woehst, appellee. Woehst was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI). See TEX. PEN. CODE ANN. § 49.04 (Vernon 2003). Woehst moved to suppress the admission of her refusal to submit a breath or blood specimen and the audio and visual recordings of her refusal on the ground that they had been illegally obtained...
