ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S PRE-SENTENCING MEMORANDA

WOODCOCK, District Judge.

Defendant William Stevens has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture of cocaine and a mixture of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The law imposes a mandatory minimum of 5 years imprisonment and 4 years of supervised release. 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(B).
