Opinion by Justice MORRIS.

Following a trial without a jury, Lorrie Frazin appeals the judgment against her and in favor of appellees William J. Hanley and Jane A. Hanley on their counterclaim for breach of contract. Appellant presents eighteen issues. She complains of the trial court's failure to make findings of fact and conclusions of law, the striking of her expert witnesses as untimely designated, and the denial of her motion for new trial....
