After an audit, the Department of Labor and Industries (L & I) assessed Diamond Driving School $68,028.76 for unpaid industrial insurance premiums, plus penalties and interest. An Industrial Appeals Judge (IAJ) reversed a portion of the penalties and premiums and remanded for assessment recalculation.
