The appellants, Arthur and Joyce Snow, appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the appellee, West American Insurance Company. They contend that West American owed Arthur a duty to defend and to indemnify him for claims made by Joyce in her capacity as the administratrix of the estate of their daughter, Jasmine Snow.
