{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael Brewster, was convicted of one count of possessing criminal tools pursuant to R.C. 2923.24(A) and ten counts of forgery pursuant to R.C. 2913.31(A)(2) under indictment number B-0108028. He was also convicted of 20 counts of forgery under a second indictment, number B-0203401. He appeals from those convictions, raising nine assignments of error, which we address out of order.
