{¶ 1} Appellee-claimant Renee M. Bowen in a work-related accident injured her back on May 31, 2000, resulting in a compensable workers' compensation claim. At the time, claimant was working for appellant Do It Best Corporation ("DIBC"), making $12.52 an hour.
