In this appeal, appellant Judy Weatherly questions the division of both marital and nonmarital property and debts in a divorce decree. Specifically, she challenges the trial court's award of a ring to appellee, the court's offset of improvements to appellant's nonmarital property against marital property, and the court's refusal to divide her medical bills between the parties. We reverse and remand the court's
