JANE BLAND, Justice.

The Oyster Creek Financial Corporation (Oyster Creek) and Alfred J. Antonini, Trustee (Antonini), appellants and cross-appellees, appeal the jury's verdict in favor of Richwood Investments II, Inc. (Richwood), appellee and cross-appellant, in a suit on a note, a usury counterclaim, and mutual claims for attorney's fees. The parties tried the case once with a verdict also favoring Richwood, but the Amarillo Court of Appeals reversed...
