THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. DEVROL PALMER, Appellant.

The verdict was not against the weight of the evidence (see People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490 [1987]). There is no basis for disturbing the jury's determinations concerning credibility and its resolution of conflicts in expert testimony. The child provided a detailed and convincing account which was corroborated by other evidence, including medical evidence.
