Claimant Rick W. Dillard appeals from the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission's holding that his claim for permanent-partial disability benefits was properly dismissed for lack of prosecution and that each of his subsequent claims were time barred. We reverse the decision of the Commission and remand for an award of benefits.
