Attorney Donn C. Fullenweider's first effort to collect attorney's fees from his former client, Michael G. Brown, M.D., failed when the Texas Supreme Court vacated the first judgment he had obtained against Brown and dismissed Fullenweider's action for want of jurisdiction.
