A jury convicted appellant, Lisa Lee Fulenwider, of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and assessed punishment at 180 days' confinement in jail and a $2,000 fine. On the jury's recommendation, the trial court suspended appellant's sentence and placed her on 18 months' community supervision.
