{¶ 1} This is an interlocutory appeal from the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which, on September 27, 2002, in response to a discovery request, ordered appellant Tricia Tischler, news director for WVKS (92.5 FM), to disclose the identity of the person who told her that appellee, Sandra Svoboda, was "dating" John Block, co-publisher of The Toledo Blade ("The Blade").
