Robin Gwynne Russ appeals from a judgment dismissing her medical malpractice suit against Titus Hospital District, d/b/a Titus Regional Medical Center (the Hospital); Peggy Burge, R.N.; Rachel Meyers, R.N.; and Dr. Mark E. Quiring (collectively referred to as Appellees). Russ sustained injuries from a fall out of a hospital window.
