This is an appeal from a judgment entered following a jury verdict awarding no damages to Gary White on his statutory claims related to the Mocks' sale of their property located on West Jefferson Street in Boise. The Mocks cross-appeal, challenging several rulings by the district court and the order granting White's post-trial motion for a new trial.
