Appellants Luis E. Linan, M.D. and Eastside Women's Healthcare Center appeal a jury verdict of negligence in favor of Appellee Corina A. Rosales for Dr. Linan's alleged malpractice of failure to timely diagnose Ms. Rosales' breast cancer which caused her to have a mastectomy rather than breast conserving therapy.
