Ms. Mack signed a contingency-fee contract with the Brazil law firm to represent her in a personal injury suit. After discharging the law firm without cause, Ms. Mack hired Frederick Goss as her new attorney. The law firm attempted to perfect an attorney's lien against any settlement...
